Multi vitamins Multi vitamin contain 100%, or even 200%, of the daily value of vitamins C and E. This is not enough to provide the full antioxidant effects and other potential benefits of these vitamins. Even if you take Multi vitamins, you still need to have a balanced, healthy diet.
